10:00 AM Elite (13+)
12:00 PM Young Adult Males, Adult Males, Elite Females
3:00 PM Teens (12-13)

*This schedule may shift based on the number of sign-ups. The start time could shift, but the day of the division and general time (morning/midday/afternoon) will not shift. If we make an adjustment, we will contact you via email.

How it will work:
​
You can expect both the Flow course and the Challenge course competitions to take place during the time block for your division.
​
Course rules will be reviewed in person for both courses.
The number of registrations will depend on how the event is ran.
If we have less than 20 athletes in a wave, we will run the flow course and then transition to the Challenge course as one group.
​
If there are more than 20 athletes in a wave, we will split into 2 groups. Group A will start on the Flow course and Group B on the Challenge. Once both groups are finished, they will flip flop to the other course.
​

IMPORTANT TO NOTE: In order for us to host both events in the same time block for each age group, we will be utilizing the same run order for both competitions.
Level Up does not generate the run order; it comes to us randomized from the WNL directly.
​
At the conclusion of the Flow and Challenge courses, we will move into Awards for both competitions.
​

Check-in time is 20 minutes prior to the start time listed above for each category.
Run order will be determined by the WNL.
The registration deadline for the random run order is October 22nd
at 12 PM.
​
Redemption Time/Open Gym to competitors after your group competes/in between waves as time allows.
This is a WNL event. WNL rules and guidelines will be followed.

COST:
All divisions: $110 for Flow and Challenge Course competitions if registered by October 8th. $130 starting October 9th.
One Course Only- $65.00

$5.00 spectator fee (one free spectator per youth competitor; WNL certified coaches are free)

PRIZES:
All Divisions- Medals for top 3 finishers and a $100 cash payout for
top finishers in the
Elite Male and Elite Female categories for Courses.

Open Gym On Friday night?:
Due to the Masters and Adult Female category competing on Friday, there will be no open gym on Friday night the 23rd.
​
Do I have to do both the Flow Course and the Challenge Course competition?
Nope! There are payment options set up to only compete in one course if you choose to do so.
​
Important things to note:
- Age for WNL is determined on the age a competitor is on January 1, 2026.
- Each athlete will need a NinjaWorks ID (for first-time WNL competitors, please see Athlete ID – World Ninja League)
-A waiver is required to compete. Each individual will need a recent Level Up waiver
completed and a season 11 WNL waiver completed.
