2 events in 1 weekend - Tier 1 Flow Course and Head to Head!

5:30 PM Adults & Masters
Saturday, 3/21:
9:30 AM Young Adult & Elite
12:30 PM Teens
3:45 PM Preteens
Sunday, 3/22:
9:30 AM Kids
1:00 PM Mature Kids
How it will work:
You can expect both course and the Head to Head competition to take place during the time block for your division.
Brief course rules will be reviewed with everyone as normal and course runs will start on the Flow Course. Once the Flow course is complete, we will transition to the Head to Head competition.
At the conclusion of the course and Head to Head runs we will move into Awards for both competitions.

Check-in time is 20 minutes prior to the start time listed above for each category.

Run order for the Flow course will be determined by the WNL and posted on Friday, 3/20.
The Head to Head bracket will be seeded by athlete power scores and not be available until the day of the event once all athletes have checked in.
The registration deadline for the random run order is March 19th at 12 PM.
Redemption Time/Open Gym to competitors after your group competes/in between waves as time allows.
This is a WNL event. WNL rules and guidelines will be followed.

COST:
All divisions: $105 for Course and Head to Head competitions if registered by March 5th. $125 starting March 6th.
Course or Head to Head Only- $60.00 if registered by 3/5, $65 starting 3/6.
$5.00 spectator fee (one free spectator per youth competitor, WNL certified coaches are free)
PRIZES:
All Divisions- Medals for top 3 finishers and a $100 cash payout for top finishers in the
Elite Male and Elite Female categories for Course & Head to Head.
Open Gym On Friday night?:
Due to the Adults & Master's category competing on Friday, there will be no open gym
on Friday night the 20th.
Do I have to do both the Course and the Head to Head competition?
Nope! There are payment options set up to only run the Course or to only run the Head to Head event.
If I only want to compete in Head to Head, what time do I arrive?
The times listed above are start times for the Flow Course. If athletes choose to only compete in Head to Head, the start time will be depedent on the number of registered athletes. You will be notifed by email on what time to arrive on Friday, 3/20.
Refund Policy:
- Sorry, no refunds if less than 2 weeks before the event date.
- We do offer account credit when we are contacted before the event
