9:00 AM Masters (40+)
10:45 AM: Teen Female, YA Female, Adult Female
1:15 PM: Teen Male
3:45 PM: YA Male/ Adult Male/Elite Female/ Elite Male
Sunday, 10/22:
9:00 AM Kids (6-8)
11:45 AM Mature Kids
3:00 PM Preteens
About Tier 1 Competitions:
Any athlete can join a Tier 1 competition. However, this circuit is recommended for experienced competitors. These competitions are highly competitive and feature some of the most challenging obstacles!
About the Challenge Course Format:
Challenge courses are the newest ninja competition format! This is a twist on the Flow Course format. Athletes get multiple attempts throughout their course run to figure out spots where they have fallen.
Athletes are allowed to retry two obstacles per Challenge Course. However, athletes may only retry a failed obstacle one time. The athlete must complete the failed obstacle on their subsequent attempt in order to progress through the course. Once the athlete has used up their 2 retries or fails a retry attempt, the run is over.
About Run order:
The run order is random and determined by the WNL. The deadline for random run order is Friday, 10/20 at noon. It will be posted on social media and emailed out on Friday afternoon.
Other General Event Info:
Check-in time is 20 minutes prior to the start time listed above for each category.
Redemption Time/Open Gym to competitors after your group competes/in between waves as time allows.
This is a WNL event. WNL rules and guidelines will be followed.

COST:
All Divisions: $55 if registered by October 5th. $65 starting October 6th.
$2.00 spectator fee (one free spectator per youth competitor, WNL certified coaches are free)
PRIZES:
Medals for top 3 finishers of each age category
and a $100 cash payout for top finishers in the
Elite Male and Elite Female categories
Open Gym On Friday night?:
Yes, Friday, 10/20, from 5-7:30 PM.
Please note the course may be partially set up at this time and these obstacles will be off limits.
Important things to note:
- WNL Coaches - For Season IX - Please make sure your Safe Sport coaching certificate is valid. This is a new coaching requirement this season and can take 90 minutes to complete.
- Make sure to fill out the Athlete Info form if you have never competed at Level Up before (linked below)
- Age for WNL is determined by the age a competitor is on January 1, 2024.
- Each athlete will need a Ninjaworks ID this season (for first-time WNL competitors, please see Athlete ID – World Ninja League)
-A waiver is required to compete. Each individual will need a recent Level Up waiver (see top right of webpage)
completed and a season 9 WNL waiver completed.
